AIMS & SCOPE
Integrated Environmental Assessment and Management is the second peer-reviewed, international journal of the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry. The journal is devoted to bringing together scientific research and the use of science in decision-making, regulation, and environmental management. Its aim is to provide an open forum for examination and discussion of the utility of assessment methods and management outcomes. IEAM moves beyond the “how to” of an assessment to an examination of the interface between assessment and management and of the influence of management context on assessment design and application. The journal includes case studies, commentaries, debates, editorials, legal and policy analysis, original research and reviews.
